Trying New Things



Have you ever done Kung Fu? Because today were tasked to research a skill that we wanted to do for the rest of the term.

Deavey, Lepa, Li Sorn and I are Learning to do Kung Fu for 4 weeks. So at the start we had 3 choices on what to do. The 3 choices we picked were Acrobatics, Kung Fu and Ribbon Dancing. We researched and watched videos about it and we are still researching. So not much has been done yet but there's still more to it.

Today We wrote a song using technical vocabulary from exercise and the song I did is The Eye Of Tiger By Survivor

3 Reasons Why You Need To Exercise



Today I’ll be showing you 3 good reason on why you should exercise more often

Ok. Let’s start off with the obvious one. You need to exercise to keep fit and healthy. Especially aerobic exercise I don’t really need to explain much further because I know that you know this already.

You need to exercise to decrease the odds of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Just don on your shoes then run a kilometer or two then you will be all set!

Here’s a fact did you know that exercise helps the hippocampus grow? You know, that part that helps long and short-term memory! Run for about an hour then your hippocampus will be nice and big.

So the conclusion is to just exercise whenever you have time. Just like I said it helps you healthy and fit, It reduces the odds of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes so when you have time eat healthy foods and exercise.
