Today I’ll be showing you 3 good reason on why you should exercise more often
Ok. Let’s start off with the obvious one. You need to exercise to keep fit and healthy. Especially aerobic exercise I don’t really need to explain much further because I know that you know this already.
You need to exercise to decrease the odds of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Just don on your shoes then run a kilometer or two then you will be all set!
Here’s a fact did you know that exercise helps the hippocampus grow? You know, that part that helps long and short-term memory! Run for about an hour then your hippocampus will be nice and big.
So the conclusion is to just exercise whenever you have time. Just like I said it helps you healthy and fit, It reduces the odds of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes so when you have time eat healthy foods and exercise.
